I like it it works and doesn't taste bad

Great product. The bottles were larger than I thought. I live with chronic pain and regularly take medication for this severe discomfort. However sometimes the pain is just so high that taking the wild lettuce extract is sufficient to bring down my pain level one or two points (on a scale from 1 to 10 my average pain is seven or eight).

If you lived with chronic pain, or any pain, I highly suggest wild lettuce in conjunction with white willow and Serenity Hemp oil. Side note: my system can be quite sensitive and if I take all of these together on empty stomach it puts me to sleep. This is nice in the evening, but in the daytime when I want to be alert I make sure I eat first and then take them 30 minutes apart or so.

So far, nothing cures the pain completely, but these extracts especially the wild lettuce taken regularly and even several times a day does help to lower the pain enough to help me keep moving. My days are slow and everything hurts, even showering. So I do notice when something helps, even a little. And even a "little" is wonderful!! The benefit, in addition to having less pain is that with lowered pain levels comes higher concentration levels. I would highly recommend this product. You might be interested to know that this brand in particular has a sweet flavor. It is not hard to squeeze under the tongue and leave for a few seconds and then swallow with a little water or juice. Add the Hemp oil under there too and you'll do your body good, and your brain will feel a little peace. Ah!

I have struggle for the last four years with severe anxiety and anger and emotional episodes that come on suddenly. Some of it has been from trauma, some of it is hormonal.
