Just a note - If you own a Colt 1911 Lightweight Commander Wiley Clapp ....your grip screws will not fit in the holes. You DO need to purchase new screws.

I really like these grips. They feel of good quality, and I like the pattern better than VZ. It is aggressive but not too hard on the hands. They catch a little on clothing but not to the point where it would damage a shirt. I highly recommend them. For color reference, the photos I submitted were taken were in natural light with no filter.

Good grips. Very aggressive texture. Very similar to VZ grips, but at 2/3 the price. Minor filing of the grip was required, in the area of the slide catch and thumb safety, in order to fit it to my Colt MK IV Series 80. It does NOT come with screws as pictured. They must be purchased separately, unless you intend to reuse your existing ones.
