Since we already had the Hopper 2 (w/ Sling) and the hybrid hardware setup, installation was as easy as changing out receivers. Purchasing here was cheaper than going to Dish, so I'm happy.
We now enjoy having we 16 tuners

No problems upgrading from original Hopper. Needed technician to upgrade antenna. We now enjoy having we 16 tuners. Original Hopper became very slow and sluggish. New Hopper 3 menus are quick and snappy.
