I have had 3 of these. Nothing lasts forever, especially around water and as often as we use ours. The new version has better heat control. Nothing like cooking out on the boat on a nice summer evening. I like the way it hangs out over the water so nothing drips on your deck. Just be careful turning food and don't flip a steak into the lake like I did the first time I used my first one. My fault, not theirs.
