Cosmetic grade means its for use on your skin and lips. I used this red glitter to punch up my favorite red lipstick and it looks Great! I am a dark-skinned African-American woman so finding the right RED was a challenge, and this glitter adds to the victory! Applied my red lipstick, glitter primer (available here in "Elf" brand) then I dabbed my finger in the glitter to apply to the primer while moist. You can add a little or alot. It dries hard, but comfortable, long lasting too! Alot of glitter in the small jar. Im buying other colors. Its too glam for daily wear but its a dope accessory for special events.

And the beginning of this transaction I was extremely excited to receive this! Then I had problems with the item not being able to ship to my home. Which was not an error on my part. Out of all this confusion and inflation of heated moments I was pretty sure I wasn't going to receive my product and very disappointed. And then all of a sudden I receive my product in the mail it had been returned to me. And all the negative emotions just flew out the window. I put this glitter on top of my make-up and it absolutely bedazzled me and dropped my jaw! I will be buying this and every color that they have available.
