Great Value POS

This system is a great value for the cost. I was shopping for a POS system for my small restaurant client that wanted to update his older POS. He needed two stations and a kitchen printer. Not only did he love the look and size of the system, he was very excited to see how simple it was to add items and run reports. The settings are simple to set up and when we did have a question, the technical support was very helpful. I am very impressed. I have dealt with several POS systems in the past and very few have come close to being as user friendly with the good customer support.

This is an excellent system easy setup and great customer service. You can always contact DatioPOS to get your questions answered. We really like the Sales Associate receiving Text messages for Sales and Tips performed by them. We like that Reports can be accessed from phone or any computer. Helps me stay up to date with the business even when I am not around.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with not only this product but with the excellent customer service and technical support.When I first started looking into POS stations I wasn't sure what to expect?..when I first called to enquire about this certain POS I spoke to a nice sales rep named Babs..she was eager to answer any questions I asked.I was sceptical on purchasing a POS and use my I-pad as well?..nevertheless I was curious being there joined with Apple..to how this new system worked?..So i purchased it? After connecting it with my I-pad..which is compatible with most if not all..It was a breeze to setup, and program my restaurant items..when i had a question about editing and a few other things I called the technical support(John) who walked me through step by step to bring me to my goals.Honestly I haven't had this good of customer service in a long time, and it's easy to set up(for dummies like me)I had to share my experience..Thanks John and Babs for making the world a better place:)))
