So far, I've only opened one of the four pairs that I bought. I'm not impressed. One had a bent front bracket that prevents it from sitting flush with the mounting surface. The rear bracket on the other one is about 10 degrees out of parallel with the front bracket. I had hoped to draw a line perpendicular to the back of the cabinet and use the back bracket to align the rack by placing it up against the back. That doesn't work with these racks. It's a real pain to install them perpendicular to the shelves. Also, the holes are not countersunk so the screw heads are not flush with brackets.

I really like the quality of the racks and the easiness of install. My only complaint would be that only 1 of the 4 that I received had the cut out on the area where the two racks meet which made them almost interlock. The other set that I got didn't have that feature. It would be nice if all of them had a male and female end so that you could connect however many you need.
