I ordered the Open sign for my small general store that we recently opened. I didn't want the neon blue and red signs but something more elegant and something that would fit the look and feel of a historic downtown general store. Having the open sign in the window has really helped attract people letting them know we are open for business. In addition I got 2 surprise gifts with my sign which were awesome. Now I'm in need of another sign for my store that reads BEER so I decided to go straight to American VIP since I had a great experience previously. I highly recommend this supplier.

Seriously the most amazing customer service! The signs were shipped right away along with a unique gift that was sooo unexpected. I had some issues with one of the signs after it fell a couple feet from our lower window frame and the owner of American VIP helped troubleshoot the problem and WALA both Open signs glowing bright!! I had first purchased an "open marquee" from a store in Colorado and I had problems with it right away, like two of the sockets didn't work, the part you plug into the wall was loose and it made me worry if one of my kids tripped over it, it could become a potential fire hazard or just come apart. I called the store, and they directed me to the people who made the sign. When I called no one could help me. So I looked on Amazon for something similar and I came across this marquee. Not only was the quality of the product far superior, but when I had a question about how to install it, they walked me through the process. It came with 8 more bulbs than I needed, and also came with instructions on how to buy LED bulbs if I wanted to. Great seller, quality product, definitely purchasing from American VIP again!! I never write reviews but I felt like this is something I needed to give 5 stars.
