I have to say I was convinced by the hype to buy this broom. I like it a lot. I love the dustpan more than the broom LOL but the broom itself is good quality but you have to get used to it

I am used to a broom that I can sweep forwards and backwards with and this broom feels like more of a "push broom" when I am using it. It doesn't have that free flowing forward backward movement that a regular broom has. And that is OK. I've been very picky about what I sweep up with this broI'm. I know that sounds funny but when you spend money on something like this you want to protect it.

What I do like is that the few times I have used it is the bristles of the broom pick everything up easily and quickly and thoroughly. Also I like how they handle can be adjusted.

The only thing that was a pain in the butt is that the broom and the dustpan are supposed to connect and hang up on the wall together.

Everybody I know that tries to connect them and hang them up on the wall they end up clattering to the floor about 20,000 times before they finally get them together. But even when they finally get them together on the wall they are teetering on the edge of clattering back to the floor LOL

Quite honestly I would have a stronger "connection" when you put the broom and dust pan together. There is no audible click or feel of a click when you connect them. Basically it's just like "perching" the broom on the dust pan- if that makes sense.

But because of the price I spent for this I won't let anybody use it near the litter box, or in the bathroom, or to pick up certain stuff in the kitchen. LOL I guess I need to get over it and just use the broom already!!

It was easy to clean when it was used to pick up a broken ketchup bottle . I rinsed it with my hose & itcame clean quickly and beautifully

When I first saw the Wisp advertised I knew I would love it. I showed the video to an overly skeptic friend who immediately scoffed--but I didn't care--I bought one! When it arrived, I was rediculously excited to sweep my kitchen floor haha. But I noticed when I went to attach the Wisp to the dustpan that there was a chip in the piece that locked the two together. Honestly, I was so impressed with the product I didn't even care. But I did respond to their customer service email when they inquiried about my experience just so that they'd be aware of my "problem." I was SHOCKED at how responsive they were! This is a company that stands behind their product! Hands-down The Best customer service I've ever experienced. My aforementioned "skeptical friend" actually tried out my Wisp the other day and he's not scoffing anymore. If your initial thought was "How do you 'reinvent' the broom?" like his was--just trust me...they did. And if you end up not liking it...their customer service is sure to take great care of you!! I'll be buying the bigger one and 2-3 the smaller ones (one of those would be GREAT to keep in the car)...and probably some as gifts (Is it rude to give a woman a broom for her birthday?--not if it's a Wisp!)

Just got it, so I haven't used it much, but so far it is exactly what I was looking for to replace the traditional broom and pan for quick cleanups. Unlike the old version, you use your foot, not hand, to secure the pan to the floor to then sweep debris into before transferring it to the garbage can. The broom is angled to maximize effort and retains its shape. The pan has a unique shape that holds debris in much better from sweeping up to the transfer. Both snap together, the handle itself can be collapsed, and hung on the included hanger for convenient storage. Why didn't someone figure this out a long time ago, I'll never know. Highly recommended for homeowners.

Had seen this broom on Facebook and people seemed to love it, read the reviews here and it seemed like a great broom, but it doesn't get all the dust or dirt off the floor, the "dust pan" is made of very cheap plastic and does not create the kind of "seal" to the floor that the video shows AND the little brushed on the side of the dust pan do NOT remove hair what so ever, if I would have know what I was getting I wouldn't have paid more than $3.99 for this broom.

It's works well for spot cleaning. A little awkward to do the whole floor so I use a combo of this and my old broom. it does work well for getting Under the cabinets where the regular broom can't get. The dust pan works well. Maybe it just takes some getting used to to be comfortable with it. So I won't give up yet.
