Customer service stinks!

I received this product and went to set it up. Looked at the instruction manual and it was in spanish!!!! Called their number could not understand the person I was speaking to and he would not listen to me. I then asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me. About 20 minutes later he called me back 3 times pretending he could not hear me. Co-workers were beside him and they all were laughing! Luckily I found the manual on the internet after much searching.
I like the product just very frustrated over this ordeal.
Good news is my BP is controlled and slowly improving ...

I worked very closely with my physician and nurse practitioner to ascertain the accuracy of this product. We followed exactly their instructions. Over multiple days and situations. The product does not work and the readings are repeatedly false. Dangerous medications could have been prescribed by following these readings and thank God I made sure to compare it to my primary care physicians readings multiple times. Good news is my BP is controlled and slowly improving to excellent readings. But if I would have only relied on this piece of crap I'd be in trouble. Called the manufacturer and they will only send me another unit. I was beyond the Amazon window of return. Don't waste your time and money ordering this. BTW the cuff size is correct for my body and measurements.

great choice if you need a larger armband. haven't "calibrated" with doctor's office, will take to next appointment.
the bad thing about it is not calibrated appropriately

At least it is big enough to fit my husband arm.. the bad thing about it is not calibrated appropriately.. the monitor runs higher than at the doctors office. It also errors out a lot and you have to start over again to get a correct reading.
Arm Vs. Wrist BP Devices--which is best?
pukimo✓ Verified PurchaseJanuary 6, 2018
I really enjoy my BP monitor, because I have a rather large warm, and this cuff has plenty of room for someone heavier than I (225 Lbs).
The only thing I don't like about the apparatus, is that it didn't come with an AC adapter, even though there is a port on the right hand side. The second thing I didn't like is that the on/off button is very sensitive, and when you put away the apparatus, you can't even place the cuff on top of the apparatus, or the machine will turn itself on and will then start inflating the cuff. Otherwise, as a Healthcare professional, I like the device, the number display is very large and visible, it stores a multitude of readings for up to two persons, and if there are any figures to be concerned about (elevated/too low), the machine will beep. The reason I purchased this device was because I was checking my pressures with a wrist device, but my readings were coming up too high. Based on field work I did in home healthcare, I found that Blood Pressure devices for the wrist were very inaccurate, and it's always better to get a device which measures as close as possible to a manual sphygmomanometer; thus, a reason I prefer this device over the one left behind by my mom for the wrist.
