Quite nice. Took me a long time to figure out how to fold the USMC flag with the eagle showing correctly in a tri-fold. There's a Youtube video on how to do it, but it still took me many tries. But that's nothing to do with the frame. I like the frame a lot. Warning that I had to find a way to keep the certificate and the flag in place - there is nothing to hold them in there.

Unfortunately this piece did not meet my requirements as far as workmanship or usage goes. The sizing for the document was too small, there is a gap between the frame for the certificate/flag and glass making it easy for them to fall out, the back panel comes out with the flag and certificate holder leaving the box/frame empty, this makes it extremely difficult to place either item in the encasement especially since the fasteners are on the back. I'm sad about the quality of this product, I will not recommend.

I have now ordered four of these cases, one of which came broken and had to be returned (easy and fast!). The first cases were DIFFERENT FROM the second two. The first case did NOT have glass over the certificate frame or flag holder. The certificate frame (the inside part) was also 3 inches thick. I ended up purchasing foam to put behind certificate so it didn't sit back 2 inches (tacky looking) then had to glue the flag together in order to keep it from falling against the front glass pain. It looked nice in the end, but after spending $100 on a case it was a lot of work. HOWEVER, the second two cases were AMAZING! The certificate holder is a normal looking frame with glass on the front. The flag case also has glass on it so the flag fits snugly. As much as the first one ended up looking nice, the second two look 100% better. Having glass over the individual pieces AND the entire case makes it look so much more professional. I'm not sure how this happens as the picture was the same and I clicked the "order again" button which would make you think you're getting the same thing. I ordered one more and will probably return it if the first type comes and try to re-order the second type.

This is a BEAUTIFUL display case. My son is a USAF pilot and has flown many flags for us during special missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and other locations. This case is perfect to display the flag and certificate along with patches and rank. Very well made. The flag and the certificate fit perfectly the case. It makes for a striking display either on the wall or a shelf. I have already received multiple compliments for not only the quality of the case, but what a beautiful way to honor my son and his service. Excellent purchase!

This is really nice but the portion that holds the certificate was a little small for the 8.5x11 document and the ends crumpled.
