It was easy! Great quality product

I ordered both the bracelet and necklace. They arrived quickly and well packaged with the instructions and the tool on removing links. It was easy! Great quality product, strong clasps. The necklace links are wider than that of the bracelet.
I have random pains mostly in my limbs but some back pain as well from a past broken vertebrae. I noticed that each time I had an MRI done I was not in any pain (like when I broke my back) but after I came out of the machine the pain returned. Researching what would create this pain free effect I learned about magnetic therapy.
The best thing for me was wearing the necklace to bed and being able to sleep on my back pain free for the first time in two years. These pieces of magnetic jewelry helped alleviate the pain and created a mild relaxed state. However it is worthy to note that for me I found that the jewelry needed to be placed directly onsite of the pain (except for the back pain, the necklace worn around the neck alleviated the low back pain). When I had pain in a joint I would lay the jewelry directly on site and the pain would be gone. Wearing the bracelet around my wrist did not alleviate pain in my fingers; the swelling and pain would still develop through the night and into in the morning. But when I placed the bracelet around my knuckles on one hand before going to bed, in the morning there was no swelling or pain in those fingers but the hand without the bracelet still had pain and swelling in the fingers.
For those of you who think this is a placebo effect, science is discovering that it is not but it still may not be for everyone. If it is all in the mind, I'm okay with that, at least I have found relief and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
After wearing them for almost a month I felt that I would like the necklace to be longer. After emailing the request to the company the additional links came in the mail only three days later! This company is fantastic!

Beautiful piece of jewelry with the benefit of magnets

Preface: 4 out of 5 stars ONLY because I have had the bracelet for a few days and want to give it time to see how it works and how the bracelet holds up. However, I have been using magnets for many years for back and ankles so I feel strongly that this bracelet will help with my carpal tunnel. So strongly that I have already order a second bracelet for my other wrist because the bracelet is very nicely made and looks like a regular piece of jewelry instead of a sports wrap or other type of cheap materials. I needed to remove a couple of links -- which was very easy to do with the provided tool. I ordered the women's silver and gold to be able to wear all the time regardless of what other jewelry I am wearing. The second one ordered (waiting to receive it) is the men's all silver. Wish they had silver and gold available in the men's version as well-- they have silver and rose gold. The bracelet was delivered on time. It comes nicely wrapped in a box along with the pin removal tool and instructions. It is a little difficult to remove the plastic wrapping from around the bracelet but I would rather that than have any scratches on it.
Really nice bracelet, that I'm still testing out.

I've been having alot of knee pain and my boyfriend looked up this bracelet. I decided to order it, since I've tried other products in the past with no relief, after a day or two I have noticed that my pain has lessened. I am only wearing it on and off b/c it is a tiny bit too tight, but I reached out to the seller who was nice enough to send me another two extra links for free. My boyfriend also ordered me an additional one ( both knees are bad lol) and one for himself. I'll start to wear it more at night once I receive the extra links and then update my review, but so far I am pleased with the results.
A sceptic, turned into a believer!!

I bought two of these bracelets, one for myself and one for my daughter. I hoped that this bracelet would work but I really thought it would be a waste of money. I have had trouble bending over just to put my socks on since I was 27, I am now 54, I was shocked that after wearing it for less then 24 hours I was able to bend over and touch the ground and stand back up quickly WITHOUT PAIN. I was also able to easily crawl around on the floor with my 6 mo old twin grandsons, which I could not do before. Between my back and my knees, I could barely get back up off the floor again. Now I can play on the floor with them as much as I want to.
When I gave my daughter hers for Christmas, she laughed at me and said it was all in my head, but she agreed to put hers on and wear it for a few days just to humor me. She has had bad knees for at least 15 years, and has had surgery on one of them. When I saw her again a week later she told me after three days she took it off, because she didn't think it worked. BUT, she then told me that the after a few hours she noticed her knees were hurting, so she put the bracelet back on. She said a couple of hours later she noticed the pain was gone again. 😊 She is also now a believer.
My lower back still has a dull ache occassionally. I have been wearing it 24/7 for only two weeks, and I am hopefull I will continue to improve.
I really like the looks of this bracelet too. I bought the silver and it is not textured or shiny, and it is 3500 gauss magenets, not 3000 or less, like most of the other brands on Amazon. It has a very sleek profile with a really nice satin finish. I have had several compliments on it.
Yes, the magnets work. I know this because sometimes paper clips get stuck to the bracelet when I am at work.
I definitely recommend trying this as an alternative to using pain relievers, or just living with being in pain. I now know that I can have a better quality life and wish I had found this option years ago!! ðŸ˜ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👌

Since I just received this, I can't say that it works...yet. I hopefully will remember to come back after a couple of weeks with good news.
But I did want to mention a couple of things. I got the plain one. It looks more like brushed nickel and not shiny silver. It reminds me of a watch band (those flexible ones), but this is not dainty. I wear white gold/sterling silver, so wanted the silver one. I have a small wrist, so it looks too manly on me. But I need something for my carpal tunnel, so I don't care that much about how it looks, I just want something that works!
I had to take 3 links out. Removing them wasn't hard, but I had trouble re-linking them. The pins are (understandably) very tiny, therefore hard to control. Definitely do this removal on a stable table and not near the edge... If the pin escapes you, you may not find it and the kit does not come with extras! If you have arthritic or large fingers, take it to a jeweler to resize.
In conclusion: this is not an "elegant" band (at least the plain silver one isn't), it (can be) hard to resize depending on your eyesight and finger nimble-ness. And does it work? I'll get back to you on that....
4/14 Update: I did email Customer Service, who got back to me immediately. (I was very impressed by that.)
Two things I asked: how tight to wear it (She said to wear it as tight as is comfortable, comfort being important.)
And I asked how long before I may feel a difference (Her reply: immediate to up to 2 weeks). Again, I'm impressed with the Customer Service. If you are on the fence about this one, it is worth giving it a try.
5/2 update: I did wear this product for over 3 weeks. Unfortunately for my carpal tunnel, it didn't work.
I do appreciate that it worked for 75% of those who reviewed it and I do appreciate that it can be returned (w/n 30 days),
if it does not work. Again, you may be the 75% it has worked for! It's worth a try, in my opinion.
