I got this wedge to use under my hands in yoga class because I've been having pain in the heels of my palms. It helps somewhat, but not as much as I'd hoped. More of a me problem than the wedge itself lol I prefer sitting on this instead of a block, so I still find it useful.
I like the color & that it's very light weight. Its also held up well - for over a year, I kept it in my car between classes, through all sorts of temperatures/ humidity & I store it with my cork blocks, which have a rough-ish texture.
My only complaint is that I wish the edge on the high end was softer/ more rounded - it's a little uncomfortable when I'm putting all my weight on my hands & the edge presses into my palms.

I just had surgery on my wrist and without this wedge I wouldn't have been able to go back to yoga as soon as I did. It alleviates the harsh angle on your wrists so everything from pushups to downdog to even just kneeling on all fours is so so much easier. The only thing I dislike about this block is that it slips A LOT depending on the type of mat you have. I highly suggest purchasing a towel for the top of your mat so it doesn't slip.

Just needed this exact amount of lift to put under my lower back (instead of my hands) for kundalini yoga leg lifts. It's perfect and functions just as well as my hands did under my lower back. Works great and is sturdy enough to hold up for a long time. Very happy with it.
