Sixty years old, forty years of lifting and five years ago I developed a severe milk allergy - who knows, GMO reaction or whatever. Seriously limited my choice of supplements. Just bought this product and am so happy. Mixes easier than anything I have ever used. Neutral taste that adds well with any flavoring. My favorite so far is with coffee and honey at breakfast. Mixes quickly in a shaker with ice cubes and water at bedtime. You will get sludge at the bottom if you use too little fluid with too many scoops but then I just add more water. A very good fuel for soldiers and athletes that leaves no bloated or gassy feel.

Fantastic product, clean, simple, and a great price. This mixes great with milk or water, it is oatmeal so it obviously doesn't dissolve like sugar, but I drink two scoops of oats with 12 oz of skim milk and one scoop of Muscle Feast whey after every workout. I've been training hard and this gives me great fiber, protein, and carbs for recovery to hit my next workout. I recently switched to Muscle Feast for all my protein and preworkout. I like their clean and simple list of ingredients made in the USA. I got tired of all the BS that everyone else else is trying to hustle you with.

Great tasting. Mixes extremely well. Although they provide a scooper, I suggest getting a food scale to measure out the 40 grams. I've found that if I don't use a scale to weigh the 40 grams, I end up with around 30 grams as opposed to the advertised 40 grams on the label. I don't think it has anything to do with the scooper they provide. It's just that the powder is so fine and fluffy that it really needs to be packed into the scooper to get the proper serving of 40 grams. In any event, I mix it with my whey protein shakes and it doesn't cause me any gastrointestinal issues whatsoever. The ingredients are as follows: Non GMO Whole grain oats -- THAT'S IT! What more can I say. Kudos to Muscle Feast on providing a quality product.
