This is a perfect, affordable dress for a flower girl or First Communion. We bought our daughter a size 8 in Ivory for her First Communion. She's 8 years-old and typically wears a size 6x or 7. The Ivory looks white, in fact I would have thought it was white had I not ordered an "Ivory". The dress has a good amount of pouf and twirl to make my daughter happy without being un-functional or too cutesy.
Excellent dress for the money, esp. if your daughter is around 4'6" tall. Well made, makes them feel great and looks fantastic.

Fantastic dress for the money, well made, seams are all tied off and neat and nothing looks cheap. If you are looking for a pageant or communion gown, this one is perfect. As far as FIT, my daughter is 4'6" tall (54") and it just clear the ground with her wearing tiny heels. So if your daughter is shorter than 4'6" this probably will drag a bit. If she is 4' tall, this will be far too long. Overall, could not be happier for the money and the look on her face ("I feel like a Princess") and her statement - well, that is why you leave a review for others to buy it. Excellent dress for the money.

Such an amazing dress for the price. The embroidered fabric overlay has a lovely luster to it and the lining is a soft crepe, not an itchy, plastic-y nylon like so many other little girls dresses. We ordered three of these dresses for flowergirls. The size 12 even fit the older girls well. I'd say they fit true to size. We ordered one size bigger for my daughter just so she'd be able to wear into next year for special occasions. The "off white" is a nice white... not glaring. It definitely won't match a true off-white or cream wedding dress is that's what you're going for. I really appreciated that these have a back zipper rather than buttons, and have a modest scoop neckline and higher armholes for little girls. We added a light green sash over the built-in sash (not removable). My daughter is very tall (99 percentile) and the dress was long enough for her... maybe 2 inches off the floor. For petite girls, you may need to hem, but it would be easy as a simple turned machine hem. Highly recommend!
