super sturdy stool

Very helpful stool. Purchased this for my 87 year old mom who is now living with us. She was struggling with getting in and out of bed (new mattress = higher bed = challenge for little short people) and now seems to be really helping her to get in/out of bed. Very sturdy, heavy piece of kit. One of the 'black' end pieces was cracked, and super glue didn't help, however, this is not essential for the stool to work. As the handle can be removed, I believe this will be very handy indeed.

This is a great tool for anyone needing to reach thing out of their reach! It is sturdy beyond belief and adjusting the height is a wonderful option. The only criticism I have is no instructions but it took just a few minutes to figure out taking off two kegs and replacing them with the extras included for the handle.
She loves it which means I love it!

The "step" met my expectations when used to help my wife, who has balance problems stemming from a brain tumor which she had removed, to get in and out of the bed. When I am not at home with her she will use the spare bedroom during the day which has a different height bed in it as she has easier access to the remainder of the house from there. The adjustable feature was a life saver since the beds are not the same height and she is able to use for both rooms without a problem once the step was adjusted. She loves it which means I love it!
Restocking fee of 20% - I never once used it.

After open heart surgery I thought this might be helpful. It is so heavy that !
I'm not supposed to lift anything that heavy. I never once used it but was charged a 20% restocking fee!

This stool has been amazing, I don't know what i would do with out it. I injured my knee and could not get up into our SUV. This stool has been a God send stepping up on to it then into the vehicle. It is very sturdy and not too heavy. I can even get into the vehicle then pull it up and into the car with me. Thank you so much for making a wonderful dependable product.
