Installed the kit over the weekend. I work at a Ford dealership and unfortunately the Ford parts were almost $1000 to replace my front end parts. I installed all of the parts except for the ball joints due to questionable reviews and mine are not worn or loose. All of the parts fit perfectly no modifications required. I aligned the truck and I do still have the front end wander however my steering wheel is pretty level and I feel like for the price this kit is well worth the money.

Arrived undamaged and complete. No issues with the install on 2002 F250 4x4 with 4" lift and 35s. Front end feels a lot better now too. Still have normal Ford steering wheel wandering, but it's not as pronounced as it was. The components themselves were beefy and essentially indistinguishable from the stock items they replaced.
Only reason for loosing a star is manufactured in China. I'm not surprised, and for the price didn't expect otherwise. But, I feel it's still worth mentioning.
