Recently when we were looking for a more healthful alternative to peanut butter we came upon this raw almond butter when we were shopping at our local TJ's. I wasn't sure how it would taste, since I wasn't really familiar with almond butter. It turns out that it is really quite tasty, even though it is also a no-salt product. It spreads nicely and you can use it as a substitute for peanut butter in recipes such as peanut butter cookies. It does cost a bit more than does peanut butter, but it's definitely a more healthful product.
