Moderate Dent Repair Made Affordable!

We used these glue sticks to repair a pretty good sized dent on our Black Kia Sorento. We received some quote to get the dent fixed and those ranged from $150-$300! So we looked at other DYI methods to try first. The plunger technique did not work, couldn't get the amount of suction needed to pop this dent. Then we came accross a video of these glue sticks on TikTok. And man these worked great! Heat up the tips of the sticks with a lighter and attach them to the dent and after a few attempts in various spots the area looks so much better! And for only $10.59 on Amazon its a no brainer!

I had a crease about 2 inches long and maybe an eighth of an inch deep - no paint damage. Had previously purchased kits that came with glue sticks. I also had some in my garage for years. Nothing worked. I bought these as just taking a chance. I used them with the kit where you glue on plastic pins and pull out the dent with a special tool - works like reverse pliers. I cannot believe how well they worked. I know where the damage was but it's very hard to see. They give you a lot of glue sticks too. I highly recommend.

I had bought this just to mess around with and all I can say is this stuff really holds. I used it to glue a plastic wheel together for my yard wast container and wasn't sure if it would work or how long it would last. It's been holding up great all summer and that glues wheel has had at least 200 lbs. On it great adhesion and will be buy more soon.
