Good Quality For The Price

Buying clothes on Amazon is tricky. The directions for sizing are not that great. I have normal large hands for a guy and the large size fit snugly. I would suggest going one size up if not sure. You can always return them for free.
The palm is a white goatskin which is fairly protective, especially around sharp plants, thorns or sticks. The top of the gloves is a brown cloth which provides moderate protection. He fingers are very well stitched without being too tight. On the wrist section, there is a large Velcro flap that helps tighten the glove. These are definitely worth the price.

Very durable gardening gloves for the price. They have held up well over many uses and they are thick enough to protect my fingers from thorns and any small piece of glass I dig up in my yard when working out there. They also vent heat out of the top fairly well.

I did not buy these gloves for their intended purpose -I needed tough, sturdy gloves that were breathable but also allowed for hand movement.
I was clearing up an old shed that was potentially covered in broken glass and definitely overrun with briars and thorns. My hands came out of the battle unscathed. These worked wonderfully.
Sizing seems true enough: I frequently wear nitril/latex disposable gloves in my profession and prefer Size M, so that's what I got.
If you happen to get these absolutely drenched like I did, the dry without heat, but if you do (like I did) they'll shrink some and get a little stiffer. No fault of the gloves or the manufacturer, just my mistake. Still wearable and usable.

Excellent pair of gardening gloves. I have purchased many gloves through the years, but these actually fit and are protective when cutting branches off larger trees!i would buy this pair if gloves for myself if I ever needed another pair and for friends as gifts. They are superior to all other gardening gloves!
Use the Size Chart

I am the gardener of the household and became fed up getting scratches and splinters from using cheap poor quality gloves with limited protection. Thus the hunt for a quality pair of gloves began.Â
The one main thing I don't like about buying any kind of clothing online is that you never really know how they will fit, so I am usually very reluctant to buy online. Â
These gloves had great reviews but what really sold me was the sizing chart that could be used to determine the required size.Â
Having received these gloves they are very good quality. The leather fingers and palms seem to provide good protection, and they look pretty smart, with the colors being attractive for both males and females. Â
Now the main area I was concerned about, the fit. The first thing to say is do not guess your size, using the picture of the sizing chart to determine your size. I measured my hand before ordering and it was 8 ¼ inch's. The sizing chart says 7.5 to 8 is small and 8.5 to 9 is medium. I was directly between the 2 and decided to opt for the larger medium size, and I am so glad I did. These gloves provide a really snug fit and the mediums fit me like a glove (pun intended). Â
What I like:Â
- Good quality glove and should last me at least a yearÂ
- Good protection with leather fingers and palms.Â
- Good snug fit. I have seen complaints that these gloves are not good for work requiring manual dexterity. This may well be true but I would go for protection every time. If you want dexterity take the gloves off. Â
Â
What I don't like:Â
- The gloves could do with being just a ¼ inch longer in the fingers. I don't have long fingers, I would say they were average at best and my fingers go right to the end of the glove. Anyone with long fingers may well have a problem with these gloves.

Time for a new set of gloves. After about a year one of the gloves has developed holes in the fingertips. I don't blame the gloves for this I am pretty hard on them, using them to scoop up wood chips and leaves from the ground.
