The slots aren't actually large enough to fit 72 pens. Larger pens have to be spaced pretty far apart. Also, most of my pens have the rubber grips and they are difficult to put in and take out.
However, for the price, I'm very pleased with it. Will most likely give it to my 10 year old niece. She'll love it.
