Medical necessity at a reasonable price.

These insulin pen needles are working very well for me. I am a new insulin user and was really surprised at the price of the needles at my pharmacy. Without the needles, you can't use the insulin. The first price I paid was over $40 for 100 and insurance didn't cover. The second quote I got was $85 and I refused to purchase them from the pharmacy because I saw these listed on Amazon for so much less. My Amazon order arrived in two days and I have used the Care Touch pen needles for a week now. They work exactly like the more expensive ones and cost so much less. I highly recommend Care Touch. Fixed income folks struggle to make ends meet. Being able to purchase a medical necessity for a reasonable price is such a big help. Thank you Care Touch!
Not identical but still pretty good.

I use these on my Lantus and Humalog pens; both fit well. I was using the BD green Nano, and have also tried the 32g Novofine. The main differences I would mention is that on the BD the needle tip is cut on a more gradual taper than these. So I do feel a bit more of a prick with these. Not enough pain to upset me or anything. But I can feel the difference. Maybe slightly more bruises than before but really not a lot. The other thing, if you're cheap like me, or in a pinch, you might reuse needles... though you're not really supposed to.. I don't advise reusing these. They dull perceptibly after the first use. Versus the BD needles I can reuse a couple times and feel no difference. Again, I know you aren't supposed to reuse them so really it's a good thing because I wont reuse these due to that and they're cheap enough that I don't mind them being one and done. But if you're someone who likes to reuse them you'll probably notice this if you try it.
Overall a good value, good price, minimal discomfort.

Wonderful item, indistinguishable from more expensive needles!

After being charged crazy high amounts for these at my local pharmacy, I discovered this product on Amazon.
I am delighted. They are easy to use, don't hurt and are far more affordable than what I'd been doing.
The only difference between these and the pharmacy pen needles is that these are tossed into the box rather than each having their own tiny compartment. That makes no difference in the quality of the needles, because they're still individually packaged and have an additional needle protector. These are a great product that will probably save you a ton of money.

What a savings---

Wish I would have known about this product 10 years ago. Ever since I began using insulin via pens, I bought the expensive kind. I was always told that a doctor's prescription was necessary to purchase the pen needles. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT INFO WAS, AND IT COST ME MUCH,MUCH MONEY. There is no difference between these and the expensive brand. AND WHAT A FINANCIAL SAVINGS. YOU PEOPLE ARE THE BEST. THANKS!.
Good quality and very good price

I don't use them, just my husband. He says they are as comfortable to use as BD Nano. We tried them because the BD is so expensive, even the co-pay with a prescription. He still has 3 or 4 boxes of the BD left, so won't be ordering real soon, but definitely will order again. Only ordered (1) box to try. When order again in a few months, will order 3 or 4 boxes.
