I use a packet every morning in my "green drink" smoothie. I have one frozen banana, a little kale, some almond milk, and a Carnation Breakfast packet. It is so good. I like these packets for the variety, the convenience, and the nutrition. This gives me energy, fills me up till lunch, and it tastes good.
