This is a perfect fit for the air cast low cut walking boot. I purchased it as a replacement liner and I have no regrets. I think it might be the same line that came with the boot originally. I think it is OEM.

I purchased the short pad for the shorter aircast boot and it seemed to be almost exactly the same as the one that came with the boot. It is maybe half an inch to an inch shorter in height. Other than that it works great!
