Great soy milk with an Ensure-like thick and creamy texture but I don't know how much of the potassium is added potassium phosphate vs. naturally occurring potassium. I have heard that it is best to be super-careful with supplemental potassium and so I really wish I knew the exact amount of supplement added to this product in order to be able to assess whether it would be alright for me to drink 2 or 3 servings within the same day or if I should stick to only 1 to be safe. Amazing taste -- even if you drink it room temperature rather than cold -- and very easy to get down 8 g protein in this way, so if you have trouble eating enough food, it is a helpful product. Calorie-watchers might want to keep in mind that, in general, other brands of vanilla soy milk tend to be lower in calories (and fat, and sugar).
