I don't know why it's so difficult to find straw mushrooms anymore, but apparently in my part of New York it is. Also hard to find it to be delivered. So I'm happy I was able to find this and at a reasonable price. They're straw mushrooms, my favorite non-psychedelic fungi!

This is a great veggie mix to add some variety to Chinese stir-fries you can cook at home. I also sometimes add it to Thai food stir fries I cook as well. Very convenient way to add variety to a stir-fry.
