Even after tightening the nut hard to expand the spindle, the sleeve will slip some while using on my drill press if I put moderate pressure on the piece I'm sanding.

Gets the job done. The center shafts is not fixed in the collar, which makes it hard to tighten, to hold the sandpaper tube. Would have been easy for the manufacturer to fix the shaft in the collar. The sandpaper included is of low quality; gaps in the seams with some glue squeezed out. Also all the sandpapers are quite course, some finer grit would be nice.
