I gave this product only three stars because the producer, UpNature, recommends it only for external use although it claims to be a premium, 100% pure product. Regardless, I have been taking it internally, mixed with V8 juice, to eliminate a problem I had with Candida. Works as well as much more expensive products although it doesn't taste as strong. It is possible that the company doesn't want to spend a bazillion dollars to fulfill some government requirement in order to recommend it for internal use. I also use it externally for cuts, bruises, bug bites, infections, athletes'feet and anything I would use tea tree oil for.As with tea tree oil.it can be diluted for sensitive skin.This should be in everyone's medicine cabinet.

Been using for 4 days now. I love everything about it. Seeing a huge difference in my skin tone in such short time. I have an eye infection which hasn't flared up or turned my eyes red since I started using. I do one drop under my tongue before bedtime. Been sleeping like a baby and anyone who knows me knows I'm restless most of the time. I have a lot more energy and my menstrual started light as opposed to my very heavy flow in the first 3 days. This really works. Using it for nail fungus. The thick skin is peeling off. I used all types of prescription drugs, nothing has worked. This is just what I need. I also used it on my grandsons scalp. He had a growth that looked like a wart. After two applications, it fell off. I've purchased other oils along with the essential oil book. I'm going to work! All natural really heals.

My friend recommended this product when I expressed that I'm sick of scheduling doctor appointments every time I feel the symptoms of a bacterial infection coming on. I hate the urgency, and taking medicine (because of the effect that the side effects have on my body). After research I learned it does help clear vaginal irritations/infections. I'm so sensitive down there anything can throw off my balance and comfortableness. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing vaginal irritations as a side effect from my choice of contraceptive. I consume a drop a day. The results are immediate. By the end of the day I feel soothed and unbothered. After d-e-c-a-d-e-s of toenail shame, at a recommendation from my RN sister, I started brushing my toenails and the surrounding skin with a drop of UpNature oregano oil.
