Bottom Line - This is a must have for anyone new to crossfit, olympic lifting, etc. who find that their wrists hurt during exercise. This product will significantly reduce, or in my case eliminate, your wrist pain during workouts. Without the wrist pain, I was able to focus more on proper form, leading to a better workout and better and quicker results.
I recently joined a crossfit gym and often found myself with ailing wrists, which was primarily due to poor form caused by my poor mobility. I am new to this after all. As I was working out every other day, my wrists never really got a long enough break to fully heal, so this was an ongoing issue. I researched this product here on Amazon and decided to take the plunge and buy them. I only regret that I did not buy them sooner. I am now able to perform the exercises that would previously destroy my wrists without pain. As I mentioned above, I am now able to focus my attention on better form, allowing me to get a better workout in as opposed to constantly thinking about my wrists. With time, I believe the "proper" approach is to eventually build ones own mobility up enough to where your form is good enough to where you may not need these. But, that could take a bit of time. So, I will continue to progress there, but in the meantime, these work great.
Also, I would consider myself to have small wrists and I have not had any issues with the fit. I wrap these up around my wrists tightly and get the support I need. I also have not had any issues with the blood flow to my hands as I understand this can be problematic with other similar products. Overall, these are highly recommended and I have no flaws to report. Full disclosure - I have only been using this for one week and will update if anything notable occurs.

If you have petite wrists I would recommend contacting the company about sizing since it is slightly ambiguous outside of the level of stiffness. I ordered the stiff style and the wraps are very supportive, even being a little thick.

When I first got these, I felt that they were too stiff and bulky. I think they are made for men so they were way to large of my wrists. But after using them for a few weeks, I really do like them. The stiffness softens up a bit with usage (they are still to big but that just means i get extra protection). The thing that I love is that they protect my wrists so much that the tendinitis in my wrist barely bother me anymore (which is why I got them to begin with). The other thing that I loved is that Rip Toned really care about their customers being satisfied and really back their products. They kept in touch with me to see about my progress and even offered to send me different wrist wraps (less stiff ones). This product appears to be unisex - for both men and women, but in reality it is too large for women. I ordered the size according to the size chart. I am 5'7 and not petite, but the actual product is much larger than expected. It went over my wrist almost 3 times and the thumb hook is way too long. The material is also very stiff and it doesn't stay on my wrist but slides up towards the arm and, as a result, provides no support for the wrist. I will be returning this product.
