Took a while to figure out how to insert the tip onside the machine. Almost returned for that- thought it was defective. U have to hold down the button, insert tip & tighten. Problem for me was that no matter how much i tightened the tip, it kept on falling out as i was using. Also, the cord is inconveniently short. The only pro I found was that the motor was strong. I hope it lasts

Perfect for acrylic nails. Just wish it came w better instructions ( how to take pieces on and off and tips for shaping nails). I had to figure it all out with trial and error.
