Not really a mark against the case. Minus there was a 4" tear next to the zipper on the large mesh pocket. The box it was shipped in was to short so the handle was marred. The box was crushed. All corners were crunched on the case. The side handle had grass imbedded in it. There was hair inside the case. It looked as if it was a used part (e-mailed manufacturer, they agreed looked used). Would expect better shipping and more quality control at this price point. I have ordered a Everest 44 from the manufacturer I will update when I receive that one.
