I only use Sushi Chef brand ginger because it's the only brand I've e found that does not contain aspartame. I hate artificial sweeteners and never consume it. This contains sugar, no artificial sweetener, it's not too sweet, it's crunchy and spicy. Unfortunately, I can't find it locally so, I either have to drive over two hours to the nearest Asian market or pay more on Amazon. Someone really needs to open an Asian market in north Georgia! I highly recommend this brand, especially if you have an aversion to artificial rat poison sweeteners.

Even though ginger is supposed to be a palate cleanser between different foods, I like to put it in my sushi.

Also, if you make London broil, cut it thin and make a roll up with ginger inside. Great combination.
