I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loves it! He uses it almost everyday. He hasn't had any problems with it cutting up his face or irritating his skin. It is the perfect razor for in between shaves. He walked out of the shower the other day with all the hair trimmed off on his right leg. I wanted to yell since I know how expensive the replacement blades are, but it was too funny.

When purchasing, I was split between the Philips OneBlade and the As Seen On TV SOLO razor. I went with this one because the reviews were much better. I am very glad I did!

This thing is incredible. I have sensitive skin, especially on my neck. And I can shave using this thing, even without using any shaving cream, and experience no irritation. Whether I need to be barefaced for the office, or if I want to rock a trimmed beard or scruffy look, I can pull it off with this thing.

I've also been using it for manscaping, and it's worked wonders there too. No matter where I've cut or trimmed, there has been no irritation. It does fine in the shower, and if shaving cream is needed, there are no issues, After trimming down below, I always palm a handful of hand soap and let the OneBlade run through that for a minute or so before rinsing and air drying.

No issues so far. I would have no problem recommending this product to friends or family.

This thing is AMAZING! I have been using a safety razor and brush for the last couple years. I guess I thought it could save me some money and still have that authentic shaving experience. It does save you money no doubt, but it takes some setup and clean up before and after. I also noticed that during the winter my skin was so dry it was irritating my skin. I changed blades very often and had to use a bunch of lather. I then bought the one bade and this thing just works so well. I feel my skin on my neck after shaving and it feels baby soft just like it does when using a regular shaving method. That means it's getting pretty darn close. I even tried shaving my privates and surprisingly this thing didn't nick my bag at all :)

Hello, I recently started balding using clippers. My experience is with the Wahl balding clippers, the Andis T-outliner and this Norelco Oneblade.

You can see my review of the other two in my past reviews. I must say, if I were to rank all three it would go in this order, Oneblade, T-outliner, ........ Wahl (But I would never buy that one again).

Attached you'll find pictures of my balding using the Oneblade and the T-Outliner. The first two pictures are the Andis, the second two are the Oneblade. All pics within 20 minutes of the cut.

I am ranking the Oneblade higher due to a few things:

1) It doesn't irritate my head AT ALL. The T-Outliner did and you'll see the red bumps on my head from it, and the Wahl felt like it was going to tear my skin. Note: both the Wahl and Andis were zero gapped.

2) It doesn't get hot! The T-Outliner would get hot after a few minutes of use. I didn't use the Wahl long enough to see if it got hot.

3) Cordless! If you're like me you use the clippers in your shower or some place it's easy to clean up. I had issues with the chord on the Andis not being quite long enough. The Oneblade is cordless and waterproof! The Wahl didn't make it this far.

4) Gives a nearly shave like result! The Andis left a little bit more hair than the Oneblade.

5) Waterproof!

6) No need to mess around with zero gapping or sanding down blades. Super close cut right out of the box.

There are a couple of cons with it:
- not sure about battery life
- blades eventually need replacement
- cutting edge is not as wide as Andis or Wahl.

Love this for shaving my head. I'm a woman who loves to shave her head. I'm completely over hair. Have been for years. I can use this in any direction, it smoothly and easily goes around the ears, and it doesn't make my scalp red and irritated. I just love it. My husband loves it also. We fight over it sometimes. Will purchase another.
