It took some getting used to because of the sweetness of the butter
~ SFE•November 1, 2017
I ordered this as my usual brand was out of stock, and because there are no tree nut/peanut/other ingredients inside that would trigger an allergic reaction for me. It took some getting used to because of the sweetness of the butter. It easily spreads and drizzles over fruit and veggies. When my usual brand is in stock I will go with that, but this one was a good (though pricey) substitute.
Just what I was looking for.

I dip in a table knife and put a tablespoon in my morning smoothie.
Tastes Good If You Add Stuff To It

I found this pumpkin seed butter to be lacking in flavor. The consistency was okay as long as I kept it in the fridge. I found it tasted really good when I added honey and sprinkled a tiny bit of salt in it. But I wouldn't recommend eating this as-is.
Love this on pancakes and waffles!

I love all nut and seed butters, and I try to buy only those made with sprouted nuts or seeds, like this one. Otherwise, they can be hard to digest and have anti-nutrients in them. This pumpkin seed butter definitely looks strange with its green color, and it isn't super thick. I'm thinking that it might thicken up some if stored in the refrigerator, but I keep it in the cupboard. I eat it up fast enough that it stays good. Label says to "store cool and dark", doesn't mention refrigeration. I love it on pancakes and waffles.
