These are very useful, daughter using them at work as waitress for scan card. I use them on my kayak for fishing gear. Not incredibly heavy duty. 10 pack is great to have extras. Fast shipping. If you own a Restaraunt or work in one these are great.
Carabiners are junk!

I bought these for my fishing pliers and fish grips while on my kayak. The spring on one of the carabiners broke after just a few hours. Hopefully the rest will last longer.

I purchased these tethers to attach various items to while kayaking. Upon attaching a few things with these "lanyard tethers", they were put to the test, as I was involved in an accident and capsized in my sit-in kayak. Everything that they were attached to, remained with the kayak -- they did their job, which is all I really needed to know. I am happy with this product and the only reason that I gave them 4-Stars and not 5, is that I would like them to be a bit more substantial -- as I am tad concerned about their long-term durability. Overall, a good price on a good product that is a necessity if you are a kayaker.

I bought these for a recent multi day trip on the river. They definitely came in handy and kept my mind at ease knowing all of the items that were tied down, like my dry boxes with wallet / phone / snacks / etc, were safe. At one point during our trip we hit some big rapids and everything was under water, if it weren't for these many of my belongings would have floated down the river past me or sunk to the bottom.
For the price and amount you get I would suggest having these for any water trip.
While I didn't have an issue with these, I was worried that they would break if pulled on too hard. They are a good basic leash to have to secure your items to your vessel.
