I really love beef jerky
iTowKids✓ Verified PurchaseMarch 11, 2018
First I have to admit I ate the entire bag in one sitting. I really love beef jerky. What I liked about this brand was how tender it was. I definitely prefer jerky that has a softer chew and is not as tough. It was a bit bland to me. It may be the brown sugar flavor is mild, but I personally would have liked a little more spice. Good flavor though to have around for a quick protein snack.
I loved this beef jerky before

I loved this beef jerky before. It was good quality meat & taste not too salty. I bought x2 packages at this time. It is taste not too salty which I liked, but it's processed meat with beef & pork. The package said "Sliced & Shaped". I had couple small pieces of bones in a jerky. This company use to make great quality of jerky. I am disappointed with it.

Low quality beef jerky. It's more like slices of holiday sausage, it's mixed with pork and it's kind of greasy.
Now it is more 'average' and it used to be my favorite.

I have purchased it in the store, and thought the quality was high (taste, freshness). However, the past few months I have again purchased it both in the store and here online, and the product is different. Jerky is not nearly as tender. Taste is similar. Now it is more 'average' and it used to be my favorite.
How did World Kitchens go from my favorite jerky to the bottom of the barrel

Yuk...How did World Kitchens go from my favorite jerky to the bottom of the barrel? It used to be excellent beef with great flavor but was bought out and new company made horrific changes to the recipe. Now is made of combination of processed beef and pork similar to the crap in the Ready to Eat meals the military dispenses in combat zones. Shameful
