I must say this mat makes a big difference compared to standing on the bare floor. I use it at work at my standing desk. Even my coworkers are amazed by the difference it makes. It's like standing on a squishy supportive loving cloud. The disappointment of stepping off of it keeps even the most reluctant child doing the dishes instead of wandering around procrastinating their homework or other chores. I wish I could cover my whole floor with these, but then I'd probably never go out.

This is probably the best mat I ever bought for my feet and legs in the kitchen. It is durable and so soft to stand on. I'm not nearly as tired as I used to be doing dishes or canning. I wonder how I did without a mat all these years! I can say enough for this mat other than it was worth every red cent I spent on it. I know it will last a long time
