This is decent but I still can't get the deep, impacted tonsils stones out with any of the tools. Good for smaller tonsil stones.

The light doesn't work hardly at all. Very dim. I took a picture next to another product I had purchased from another company and it's very clear the difference.

Was skeptical about buying this but I have been coughing up stuff since the hurricanes and some of it were small tonsil stones. They smell nasty!!! Never knew what they were til I saw this on Amazon. Now I can get rid of them only own!!!

The plastic heads are sharp and not much longer than just using a qtip. Only part I use is the metal thing. I should have listened to other reviewers.

Like most people who are buying this. I suffer from tonsil stones. I always used a cotton swap to try to remove them. Sometimes it worked, most of the time it did not. I knew there were some special instruments to remove them, so I decided to get this product. The light is not bright enough for my needs. Only the base of the light is bright. It does light up your mouth, if you want to see your teeth and tongue this light will work for you. In that case just shove a flashlight in your mouth. I needed the tip to be the brightest, so I can get it back there to see whats happening. The tip has the faintest light. As for the metal instrument, oh it's going to make you bleed. The only thing that was worth it from this whole package was the syringe. That for me was a life saver. It shoots water with a slight pressure. The water pressure from the syringe always ends up dislodging my tonsil stones. So far it has been the most effective method for me. I'm giving it two stars solely because of the syringe.
