Key features

  • Cloud Metering available with DAE 2030 Gateway. CC2030 will collect water usage from DAE AMR (Auto Meter Reading Module with RS485 for 16 water meters with Pulse Output) or DAE AMR130 (for 1 meter) and send them to the cloud (DAE server) through Ethernet. With PC or cell phone, the landlords will be able to see real time data and monthly water usage & billing reports to their tenants. If there is abnormal usage (ex. Broken piping), an email alert will be sent to your cell phone automatically.
  • Factory calibration certificates available. For product description, please refer to User Manual in Technical Specification.
  • Ready for use with CO-10 (Electronic Pulse Counter, www.amazon.com/dp/B071XDGWF9) or CO-10 KIT (www.amazon.com/dp/B07TYT92LL) - An inexpensive remote reading solution. Can also use with DAE AMR130 (www.amazon.com/dp/B01DCDH90U ,Auto Meter Reading Module for single water meter) and AMR (www.amazon.com/dp/B01DBB8CQ8 , for 16 water meters) for remote reading.
  • Wireless remote reading available with DAE RF converters (www.amazon.com/dp/B07DGYTC3V). If you are interested in cloud metering or wireless water management or looking for a large quantity, please contact us.

Great water meter but needs options for additional fittings
Duck Farm✓ Verified PurchaseJuly 23, 2023
This is a greater water meter. I added it to my well water line so I could see how much water was getting used every month. I can use that information to determine how much the pump runs and what the electricity cost is.

I have 2 complaints. 1) It doesn't come in 1 inch size and 2) it has the extra fittings that are required to be used because of the washers. I wanted to not use the extra fittings so I could avoid the rubber washers but the threads wouldn't fit an NTP fitting so I'm guessing it's just a straight thread which is difficult to locate.
Using this with an ESP8266 running ESPhome piping data into HomeAssistant

The price is great for what you get and so far I am very happy with the purchase. I know that DAE wants to make cash by selling a complete system but for home use it's not such a great deal. However I have been able to interface with an ESP8266 running ESPhome. So far it just works and I get to see my water use in real time and verify by taking a look at the meter directly plus I no longer have to go out to the curb and lift a cover to see what my water usage is on a daily/weekly/whatever else basis. And since this meter does have the ability to be certified if there is ever a discrepancy between my utility bill and what I show to have used I can use it to prove I have not used as much water as I am being charged for.

For those interested in using ESPhome with this you will need a 10K pull up resistor installed on one leg of the wire lead for things to work properly then you simply short to ground for the count to work. The code I used for the sensor is included below and should work to get you up and running.

They look really nice. They work great.

They also work without a monitor. Also I ordered a 3/4 inch and received a one inch. I had a problem with the readouts. I emailed the company. They answered promptly and did not stop until the perceived problem was completely solved. I am totally pleased.
Using it to track when to change my whole house water filter.
Tony C. Ho✓ Verified PurchaseMay 28, 2023
The DAE AS200U-75P has proven to be an invaluable tool for monitoring and determining the optimal time to change my whole house water filter. With its user-friendly interface and reliable performance, this device simplifies the process of tracking the condition of the filter. By providing accurate measurements and clear indications, it helps me ensure that my water filtration system is operating at its best and that I'm getting clean and safe water throughout my home. Since it is my first set of filters, I have to see what happens at around 10K gallons of water. I can better gauge on when my next change should be.
A bit noisy if it matters
Michael Lipsey✓ Verified PurchaseMay 22, 2023
Bought two of these to satisfy the local water dept. re monitoring irrigation. Easy to install and read. Only quibble is they are somewhat noisy when water is running. Wouldn't matter, except I installed one behind our bedroom, and it is noisy enough to wake us up when the sprinklers come on. Would recommend them anywhere except somewhere where the sound would matter.
