The bench press feels awkward and cheap, but I made it work.

The set is very high quality for the price in my opinion. The only thing i dislike about it is that the upright stands that hold the bar for the bench are too close together. Makes for an uncomfortable bench press. Otherwise very happy with equipment.

If you are not tall the leg extension is too big and won't adjust for your height

I am a 5' 5" female and there is no way to adjust the leg extension for my legs. It is clearly made for a tall male or very tall female. Literally I have to lay with my knees about 6 inches beyond the edge of the seat to be able to reach the part that hooks under your feet, so my legs are at an unhealthy angle and it's painful. Since I bought this for the leg extension it's completely useless. The previous weight benches I have owned always worked for me so this one is just poorly designed.
