lowest cost item that could find and made it fit an old bike to be ridable. although the advert says aluminum, it is cheap aluminum, not machined from billet, and there are zinc fittings inside. not as "universal fit", but have machine tools in the shop and was able to modify to fit.

For the price you really can't go wrong. I purchased these after my son's stock levers broke on day one. I was looking for a low-cost/decent quality replacement to get him back up and running and these fit the ticket perfectly. These are NOT performance levers. These are budget levers that are slightly better than the stock plastic ones that come on most bikes.

Handles look great and work great. I used these to replace the cheap plastic ones that broke when I put my bike in the back of my car. I would recommend these as a good replacement. Price was right too.

I thought these were good quality at first, but it all went downhill from there. First, the levers started to get incredibly wobbly and felt like they were going to fall off. Second, the 2 bolts that holds grip fell off mid ride, and I had to get home with no grip brakes. And finally, the springs came apart and the whole thing started to rust. Would never buy again or recommend to anyone.
