good little light
Very worthwhile addition to your 20V Max tool collection

Unlike PC's pistol-grip light, this model is low-profile - which allows it to fit in tight areas where the other model won't. It's also small enough to easily fit inside a zip-lock bag, making it essentially waterproof.

The reflector has a wide range of angle adjustment (approx. 160 degrees). Tilting it straight up at a ceiling evenly disperses the light throughout a room - very useful during power failures.

Build quality is excellent - looks like it could survive a hard drop on concrete without breaking. The switch is big, easy to operate, and sealed under a rubber boot.

PC doesn't seem to list any brightness specification for this light, but a side-by-side beam comparison with another flashlight puts it in the 50 lumen range - not terribly bright by modern LED standards, but plenty for closeup work.

Given the relatively large capacity of PC's 20V batteries (as much as 80 watt-hours for the 4 AH version), I would expect days of operation on one battery charge. (Typical run-time for a modern 50 lumen LED flashlight is several hours per watt-hour of battery capacity).

BOTTOM LINE: Liked it so much, I bought a second one.
Small but effective

This thing is smaller than i expected (fits in the palm of your hand almost), but it does put off a good amount of light for its size. The beam is more like a wide-angle flashlight than a true work lamp. It lasts a very long time on a single battery charge (8+ hours or more). But depending on what kind of work you are doing though, I might would suggest something larger that covers a broader area. This will not light up a whole room for example.
Bright Light fit for work
