This is a fantastic storage container, which is exactly what it is designed for. Sturdy, strong, and stack-able. Great for long term storage. I would not suggest using the spigot included. What for? Just open the cap and pour... duh?! Mine have never leaked (use the supplied wrench). These are a favored among disaster prepared people (research will show you that), which, again, is exactly what they are designed for.
