Plastic Cards and totally awesome

I didn't realize they were made from plastic. I thought they were laminated. I've sort of bought all the cards available from NewMe Fitness. I'm so happy they dumbed everything down and made it unintimidating. I'm excited to get more fit!
Edit: got a copy for my friend at school. Unfortunately the school's post office delivered it to the wrong person. Don't think it will be returned but these are great cards anyway!

I love these exercise cards! My husband and I travel on our boat six months of every year.... these cards enable me to creat an exercise program each day and do a workout while moving on the waters. Every boater should have these very helpful exercise cards! You need nothing but your out body to do these workouts. Fabulous!!!

Hefty enough to throw into your gym bag to take with you to your workout place. Resist sweaty hands. Best of all, when you aren't in the mood, or are too tired to remember all the exercises you're supposed to do and how many reps to do, these cards are your go-to reference to keep it simple. I've arranged them into different sets for alternating exercise routines so I don't have to remember "this is Monday so this is the routine I'm supposed to be doing". The graphics are clear for those times when you're not focused and you need a simpleton's guidance to perform. They are large enough so you don't have to squint through foggy glasses to understand what you need to do. I do swim laps for and hour three days a week. On the other 4 days, I do two different gym routines. So far, it's good and I'm improving. I like working alone and on my own. I've worked with personal coaches so I know the difference. Yes, use a personal coach if you're are a total newbie to the gym (because you can injure yourself seriously if you don't know what you're doing with your body). Afterwards, get a pack of these cards for guidance.

After participating in different X-training type of experiences, this was a great way to supplement a home-styled approach.
The cards themselves are easy to read and understand the different exercises. The routines are not boring, if you follow the NewMe Fitness program.
The program, in it of itself, is flexible to a level where you can chill, but still break a sweat and politely to elevate your heart rate. OR on another level, you're a true Monster-like Alien and you can "level-up" to a massive body whimpering, heart pounding through your chest cavity workout , that makes you feel every little muscle fiber cry out in glorious level 11 discomfort.
These cards are comprehensive and allows for all levels of exercise routines, even your own (3 blank cards are provided to create your own routines).

These are super useful. I am a certified personal trainer and I am using them to help challenge me to try new workouts. I looked at these online for a couple weeks before deciding to take the plunge and purchase them. Totally worth the money! High quality cards, easy to read and great for a learning tool for anyone from beginners to advanced!
