The best for protein combo with rice, one Tablespoon per one cup cooked rice. Also sprinkle it on instant noodles. Lots of uses, Mild taste, good yellow color.

I absolutely LOVE this product!! It adds pizazz to any savory foods (I enjoy it on top of salads, pasta and pizza), and it's a great source of iron, selenium and zinc. It's got a moderate amount of protein, and it tastes a little bit like cheese (great for vegetarians and vegans!). If you're looking for a unique and wonderful seasoning to add to your daily menu, this would be it!
