Would have give 5 stars but smell drives me crazy and the little screw in foot stops work themselves lose and fall off, other than that nice and comfortable

Recieved product...no instructions and chair seemed worn and damaged. Studs on chair were discolored. Definitely not pleased with my purchase.

Nice chair, more comfortable than most..the footrest is cheap and begins to wobble after minimal use requiring is to be tightened often. Otherwise does the job

Easy to put together. Looks great, and holds a lot of weight. Smooth movement when spinning. Looks very swanky, and professional.

I would not recommend this chair!!! I bought 5 and there is something wrong with each of them. it needs a heavier base and better hydraulic.
Pros- they look nice, the seat is comfortable, seems to be good quality.
CONS- the base does not support the seat!!!
the footrest on some of the chairs rests on the floor so if you turn the chair it scratches your floor
footrest is constantly wobbly and i have to tighten the screws every day
the pump on a few of them is really hard to get the chair up
few chairs won't even turn
it makes this really loud sound when you pump them up because they start going back down
