Frankly, I was very disappointed in this mayo. I thought it would be great, but it was too eggy tasting and I like eggs. I would not buy it again. It's still sitting in my refrigerator after one use.
We apparently do not have same taste.

This product is way over priced and the tast is between miracle whip ( which I don't like) and stale oil does not taste fresh. This was not a good purchase. I can't believe it has such a high rating.

This is very high-quality mayonnaise, so I gave it 5 stars. For me, the taste is a bit strong. It kind of tastes like what you would imagine pureed egg salad would taste like. I imagine this is because it's made with the whole egg -- yolks and all. Still, it's good stuff and I did order another container of it.
