Not that good!

I had a bad experience with this product. Since it has teeth on it, it's a little weak on the outboard edges. I inadvertently went over an exposed root and it bent the blade. I traveled about 50 feet before I noticed the problem. It had dug into the soil. If you have more awareness about you, it should be ok.

Better than original but not great

Blades fit my LA120 John Deere. Good quality. Coated with black paint. Easy to install. Not that sharp as delivered, I sharpened blades before installing them. Slightly finer multched grass than original blades was hoping for more.
No clumps, no muss, no fuss...

After many months of dryness and no rain here in N.Dakota, the rain finally started and so did the grass growing, lushly so on this 1 acre of mowable yard. Ugh! And it couldn't be cut for days and days and it got deeper and thicker. When it was finally able to be cut, and even though it was damp near the soil, these blades did a terrific job. And the BEST part? When I looked in the blade housing area - expecting to find a more-than-usual amount of bound up clippings and clumps - especially in light of the deep, thick, damp clippings - the only clump was near the clippings-exit chute, on the edge, and that "clump" was only about the size of your palm. Stunning results, and so am ordering a back-up pair, so when time to sharpen it will just be remove-and-replace with the pre-sharpened set while still under the mower. You will not go wrong with these blades!
Do not arrive sharpened - Sharpen before using!

Good quality but know that they do not arrive sharpened. I do not advise using these out of the box. The blade is not dull out of the box, but not even close to as sharp as it should be. Take it to your local hardware store and get them sharpened before attaching to your mower.
