I previously purchased two other pans in smaller size and different style. I love the quality of these pans. I bake fish several times a week and this is my go to pan. Yes it is a cookie sheet which means it is very shallow but it is versatile and works for me. I will be replacing my worn cookware with Wilton products. Love it!!!

I loved this set of cake pans, and they make it so much easier, if you need to split a cake, with these pan there is no need too. My dessert turned out perfectly and looked so professional. Delivery was very quick, my daughter saw them and I gave them to her and ordered myself another set, there are 4 pans in all, I also ordered a set of the round ones, and love them both. The price was great also, the best part for those that like to use cake mix, you can make the 4 layers using a box of cake mix. I made mine from scratch, I am sure you will not be disappointed with the use of these pans, easy clean up, with hot soapy water. Cake released very easily from the pan. I made a Chocolate Torte, and used white frosting between the layers then put chocolate frosting on the outside, it made a beautiful contrast.

Reading the description matters. This is so small. See the upper right hand corner? It only takes 1 box of cake mix. I had to laugh when I opened the box. I will keep it because I can still use it but it was a mess up on my part. I love wilton though. You know you are getting a good product when you buy something with their name on it.

Made a 4 layer Red Velvet cake -- pans worked perfectly. I recipe filled the pans with negligible leftover batter. My family loves cream cheese icing and I loaded up between the layers -- but this made the layers slide a bit -- used skewers to secure the layers. I did watch closely because the baking time was for a thicker cake. The cake was moist and looked so pretty when I sliced it. My granddaughter suggested we make a red, white and blue cake for the fourth of July. But will make more cakes before the 4th of July.

I was expecting a typical size for these cookie sheets but they came small. Which is fine because it fits perfectly in my toaster oven. They are truly non stick. I don't have any stains from use on them what so ever.
