Neat idea but it doesn't work. I bought this as a fun activity for my wife and kids but they didn't get around to trying it until after the return period had expired. I would not recommend purchasing this product as anything other than a novelty toy. We were never able to get the any of the product to come out of the pen after following the instructions.

JUNK! The chocolate does not flow easily out of the pen no matter how melted it is. The pen does not have enough power to push it through in a flowing manner. We had to resort to squeezing it manually. BUT this doesn't work either. The way the tips are fastened, they fall off and the chocolate ends up going everywhere. The kids were very disappointed. You are better off going to a craft store and buying good old-fashioned pastry tips and bags! Much cheaper and much less headache!

This product is horrible. Purchased for my daughter from the 'Easter Bunny' and she was so excited, it was the first thing she wanted to try. She was so sad that it would not work, (why would the Easter Bunny give her a broken toy?). The "chocolate" included was super hard and we then noticed it expired Feb. of 2016. Are you kidding me?!!

This is a replacement. Opened it and again the same problem. Chocolate/candy melt it bat. Won't met and looks old or spent to long in freezer(not mine either). It can't be used in pen as it doesn't melt properly if at all.
